yea, man. this will happen. i liked and hated the bear at the same time. bama fans don't want to admit it, but if not for the bear, their program would be a lot different. it would be slightly above average. w/o saban, they wouldn't be shite.

You could say that about every top ten program. What's your point? A program is only as good as the coach they employ.

Really, gramps?

Take Bear's Bama W-L record away, Bama is 366-161-34 prior to, and 221-117-1 after Bear. I'm pretty sure that this includes the vacays. Bama's record excluding 1959 through 1982 is 587-278-35, or a 0.6522 WP excluding Bear's record.

LSU's WP all-time?

0.6268.

What was that again, gramps? Slightly above average?
