Bama fans and Tuscaloosa residents. Has the damage from the tornado been completely erased/restored/rebuilt? Anything missing that we would have otherwise seend/experienced?

Absolutely not.

Yes. 15th Street was a major street for businesses and restaurants and much of it is still wiped out.

Exactly what I said. Not my type of crowd, some people may enjoy the place though.

I'm going to avoid Tuscaloosa until my team can prove to me that we can win there. I also want to avoid any potential teabaggery after I pass out in a fast food restaurant.

I should have also added Hokkaido to the T-town favorites, reopening before the season starts.

Thanks! I'm heading down there this year. Should be a good Aggie showing. I know there's a big group chartering a plane from College Station.

THINGS TO SEE:
-Walk around the UA campus (Quad, President's Mansion, Sorority Row, The Walk of Champions, Gorgas House, etc. It is truly a beautiful campus with several buildings dating back to pre-cival war)
-Manderson Landing Park (great place besides campus to take in a good run. It is a beautiful park right on the Black Warrior River)
-Ride around the city and take in the massive damage done to the city by the April 27th tornado.
Fans of football should try to get to the Bryant Musuem. Texas A&M fans, especially, since Bryant and Stallings were Bama and Aggie coaches. (the unmentionable one is not included.

John David Crow's heisman trophy is there, since he was Coach Bryant's only heisman winner.
