What's the logic of putting Muschamp ahead of Mullen, but behind Franklin? Just curious.

They had to go somewhere. You could toss them all in a hat, pull one out and be just as disappointed.

Do Auburn fans really want to use this as a measure of quality? Over the last four seasons, Auburn is 3-9 vs SEC West teams other than Ole Miss and State. Chizik is 3-6 over the past three seasons. Better than Mullen, but otherwise not a good record.

A Cam-less Chiz is 0-6, losing by an average margin of 22 points...

Why are you using a year under Tuberville to argue your point?

Yea and being around working in a field for 18 years is a sure sign of being bad at something.

No, being at the BCS level for 4 years, where your team gets progressively worse every year, is the sure sign that he's bad at something.

You want Merlins over a guy whose recruiting classes have been top 10 for last 3 years, won an NC and an SECC and 3 bowl games? A guy who was DC on one undefeated sec team in 2004 and DC on Another 2005 NC team? A broyles award winner as well?

With the greatest respect, you sir are a moron.

Someone trying to rationalize that Mullen is a better coach than Chizik is equivalent to me trying to rationalize that Mike Smith is a better coach than Sean Payton. The stats just don't back it up.

Sean Payton has dominated the NFC South in his six years. Chizik did so for one.

Only because of Drew Brees. Just as the only reason Chizik dominated was because of Cam. Am I doing it right?

Has one NFC title & one SB title.

Lets not mention the fact that after his first NFCS division title, he fell to 7-9 the following year. And only hit .500 in his 3rd year.

So, one title in his first 3 years? One winning record? One time finishing in the top half of the NFCS?

25-23 in his first 3 years Dominating the NFCS

Brees has had an all star supporting cast pretty much every year outside of 07 & '08. Multiple All-Pro OL, Will Smith at DE, Vilma at LB, Porter and Greer at the corners, Jenkins at safety, Graham who is the best TE in football, Colston, McAllister in '06, Sproles, PT, etc.

Three division titles in six years is pretty damn good, along with a 37-11 record over the past three years, and a 41-13 record if you include the playoffs.
