I think there may have been a thread on this already and if so could someone please link that thread. For the LSU fans who went to Dallas last year what are the best inexpensive hotels close to Jerry World? I'm trying to make a reservation for something less than $100 a night. What are my options? Thanks.

I think they are all pretty much booked.

Best option for you would be to bring your mobile home and park it in South Dallas

I live in downtown fort worth and I know a lot of people stayed around here for the LSU and arky game. It's a ~20-30min drive to the death star from here but it's not shite Arlington or Dallas.

Shreveport, LA. If you aren't flying.

Do any of the hotels in Fort Worth run a shuttle to Jerry World? I don't mind staying in Ft Worth, I'd just prefer not to have to bother with finding an outrageously priced parking space.

Not to brag, but I'm staying with some friends who are dropping me off and picking me up.
Ok, it was to brag.

In Dallas, if a room is <$100, run...the other way. Best bet...meet a Bama fattie in a bar, suck it up for a night and just stay in her room. If you are nasty, then sleep in your pick-up and shower at a truck stop. If you are real nasty, do not shower...

Govt, what brands are you looking for?

We stayed in downtown Dallas...had rental car and a parking pass for game. Do you need to stay near the stadium?

It doesn't have to be that nice. I just want to find one for $100 or less per night that isn't a total dump and where I'm not in fear for my life. Having some sort of transportation to the game would be a bonus but isn't a deal breaker.

Then... uh... you're not going to find one that isn't a total dump where you're not in fear for your life for that amount.
What are you new to this game r sumthin'?

Govt, How many days are you staying? I live here in BEdford, about 7 miles from stadium. A few hotels are under 100.00. Im not sure any of them offer the ride to the stadium though

At < $ 100/nite there are prob. MANY options in the Dallas/FW area....NONE of which a "normal" person would want to stay in though...lulz
I'm afraisd you'll have to set your accommodation goals a little higher.
