The thing that loons largest on my mind is will our recently hired mostly at bottom tier wages(texastribume.org)and novices at recruiting coaches be able to instill the confidence in these top recruits that they want to play for them at A&M.

Most all players choose a position coach to play for first and before anything else even though school officials hate to admit it..

Since our early junior days where we committed our two very important Defensive Tackles Golden and Huggins we have since struck out on filling the other nine defensive slots with four star ranked recruits,

With 3 decommits already and up to 30 head to head losses of top recruits mostly since those early junior days, our inexperieced coaching staff has struck out and sucked!

Our A&M staff must convince these young recruits by the M&W game that they are the coach to play for better than than their head to head competing coach or without position coach changes we will wilt and die this and the next couple of recruiting classes.

No need to wait beyond this year if results are not in this years recruiting class!

The result will be we won't even beat the unranked teams soon let alone the ranked teams!

If hiring low paid novice position coaches fails us again this class, Adninistration and BOR heads must roll this year and we must pay to get competitive coaches next year each with a history of signing a minimum of 10 four star ranked players the previous five years.

This hiring of inexperienced novice recruiting position coaches has been an ongoing problem for decades now and must be solved this year or we will continue to embarrass ourselves on the field of play?

An interesting strategy. You have to do somthing diff when UT is known for pretty much taking who they want instate in most years. Jumping on recruits much earlier in the process and having more time to pamper them with attention could help you pull some of those blue chippers that UT would have tied up by March.
