Does the state of Fla not have a good qb coming up that Fla would have to go to Delaware to sign one????

UF goes after the top QB's. No matter where they're from. If they like a QB OOS much better than an in-state one, they will pursue the OOS kid. If the talent is equal, they will usually always go with the in-state kid.
