I'm going to get blasted for this, but my gut tells me this wasn't random. It would be odd to do a random home invasion in a dorm. Seems targeted..like someone owed someone money and shite went south..

But to do this in a dorm, where there are plenty of cameras and people everywhere? Seems like they'd be a little more patient and kill him when he's going to get late night Wendy's or something. A college dorm just doesn't seem to be the optimal place to murder someone and get away with it. This was just senseless in any regard.

Home invasions are almost never random. It's something like 1 or 2 percent.

Just looking through twitter. Looks like his roommate said something about room 740. Only one that tall is Rice Hall.
So, I'm thinking this didnt happen at his dorm.
Evans Hall is only 3 or 4 floors.
Also, a gun has been found and a person of interest has been identified.
