Why are Bama fans so bitter towards Mark Gottfried? After having success, he flaked at Bama, was fired, and now is trying to rebound. He has had nothing but positive things to say about Alabama and Bama fans are jaded toward him? Huh? Nothing about this makes sense. I hope the Gottfather does well at NC State.

Idk about all that, I seem to remember him talking last year about how UAB was more worthy to make the Tournament than Bama was
