Who wins? I think there's more talent but a lot less discipline at LSU. I know Saban would at least have gotten a field goal

Not sure, that's a good question man.

More talent may be a stretch, Bama's defense is the stuff of legends

Saban = Bryant?

If Saban coached LSU, would he have pulled JJ for Lee?

How about who wins a 3rd game? CLM was badly out coached in game 2 but historically is a better bowl game coach than CNS

Where does this more talent come from? We had several sure fire first round picks on this team. I credit our coaching staff for a good game plan and developing talent, but our recruiting classes have been ranked higher and most of our players are projected to go higher in drafts.

Ok, so what's your answer to the more NFL talent?
I don't think it's a huge difference in talent at all, but to say that LSU is more talented and we just won based of coaching is crazy.

LSU lost for more reasons than just bad coaching. McCarron >>>>>>>>>>>> Jefferson as a QB. I've tried to tell you guys for the last month or so that Jefferson was terrible and that LSU was overly reliant on forcing turnovers and Honey Badger's punt returns to score points but you guys wouldn't listen. Coming into the game, I thought the only way LSU was going to score points was through turnovers and special teams. I just couldn't see LSU's offense driving the length of the field on this Alabama defense more than once or twice.

I'm not sure who wins, but LSU was the least prepared team with the worst game plan ever. It was a shame to end such a great year like this.

Alabama is a more fundamental team than LSU especially on offense. LSU depended on big plays and turnovers and Bama depended on execution and managing the game.
The LSU coaches thought if they ran the option that would be enough but when we shut that down it was like there was no plan B. So I think the Bama coaches prepared their players better and would have prepared the LSU players better than Miles did.
Not sure who is more talented.

I know LSU fans could taste another NC, but I have to say Coach Miles did a phenomenal job this year with the adversity his team faced. Yes, much of it was self-inflicted, but he still kept the ship sailing in the right direction against a very tough schedule.
The two coaches have very different styles and both work well for the given teams. Not to mention, beating an equally talented team twice is almost impossible.
LSU was an excellent team this year.
You have much to be proud of.
