This isn't really helping your argument as much as you think. He missed a 42 and then hit a 47. That proves how erratic he is and his stats this season showed that he had been erratic. Richt knew that and gambled on it. He should have done more. He played not to lose and it cost him the game. End of story.

I agree. Setting up for the field goal is a good plan in that situation, but better plays should of been called to gain yards and give an erratic kicker a shorter kick.
