I can, but that is not really relevant. My first cousin lived in a trailer for 2-3 years. His mom bought the trailer and gave it to him. He saved a shitload in rent then rented it for years afterwards before finally selling it. Between the savings, rent and eventual sale, he probably made $100k on the deal.
By the way, did you even attend UAT?

Ya. The best thing about South Florida and Miami, is I believe it is a disproportionate number of hot ones that come here. Columbia, Venezuela, Costa Rica, and all the caribbean islands being the chief importers. The hottest ones from a lot of those countries seem to find there way here.
