I remember it being on a Monday last time and it screwed up my whole week. Why not play it on the weekend?

It's been on Monday since at least 2007.
Take Tuesday off and pretend it's Saturday.

I've always kind of lied the idea of playing the game on a monday. Once the weekend is over it gives you something to look forward to.
