Depends on the site. Scout has him as #5 player in country and #1 RB. Rivals is a different story. Haven't looked at ESPN or 247

Running backs are still infatuated with Georgia.
Two years straight of getting top ranked guys.
I remember Rodney Hampton leaving Houston, TX because he wanted to "play tailback at Georgia".

We'll get Todd Gurley and call ti a year. Next year we get Derrick henry as the #1 player/RB in FL, and the top 2 Rb's in GA (Tyshon Dye and Keyante Green)
