I just don't see this one.

These are OSUs current numbers in the BCS.
Harris:
Rank (5) Votes (2,414) Percentage (.8397)
Coaches:
Rank (5) Votes(1,245) Percentage (.8441)
So they only need 127 votes in the coaches and 260 votes in the Harris.
With the blowout and the loss of UH and VT, I imagine this is not that unlikely a scenario.

Gene Chizik
David Cutcliffe
James Franklin
Paul Rhoads
Bob Stoops
Tommy Tuberville
Those are the only guys I see that may vote Alabama down and Oklahoma State up. Not sure who else would be willing to.

I am very sure that at least 25% of voters are bright enough not to give a team two shots, while excluding a conference champion who had an amazing season and has not already had their shot
Yes, it makes a lot more sense to give it to a team who lost to an unranked opponent.

Oh I know what they've been saying. Just pointing out that that projection was wrong.

LSU is the national champion right now. We are 13-0, West Div champ, SEC champ, and have already beat Bama. Game over.
Let Bama play OSU to see who is #2.
