DS, why is that? Not flaming, just curious. It would seem that the same advantages that apply to football (only major university in the state/access to Houston area talent/etc) would apply to hoops.
And it's not like LSU has no history of roundball success. Dale Brown had a pretty successful run for a bit.

Im not a great bb fan but seriously enjoyed watching and attending a few bb games when we had competitive teams. In my opinion, LSUs play last night will cost the school huge dollars in attendace money. Trent was suppose to have a good team this year. I see no improvement.
