The bet I'll make with any corndog is a one week ban bet with the loser switching to an Alabama or LSU avatar for two weeks upon return from the one week ban. Sound fair, hell I'm giving 10 points. Now please respond here so that I can dig the post up when I awake. Got to hit the sack soon, didn't get off work till 7 so I gots to get in the sack soon.

The fact that you think it's overused means that it has done its job as an inflammatory nickname. Whether it's stolen or not became irrelevant the moment I saw Google suggest "LSU Corndog" as a related search earlier when I was searching for a good image of a half-eaten corndog for my avy. It's viral and nobody cares where it originated.
