We are much aware that ware(possibly Hilliard after last week) and Richardson will be getting the majority of the carries, but after 3 quarters of banging or in the case of an injury, which #2 guy is the best from either team?

Obviously Lacey, but I'm not in the least bit concerned of our RBs after TR.

Lacey, Fowler, and even B. Sims have all shown their strengths. As long as the OL holds up, I think any of them will be fine.

TR/Lacey is the best tandem in the league...comparing any other teams is just stupid

I am interested in seeing hilliard against bama. No doubt Richardson is the best rb

The may have the best duo but we got the best rb core 1-5 could play anywhere else in the country

LSU has a lot of depth at RB, but I think Lacey is better individually than any of the LSU RBs.

Of course you do, you're a homer. I think that it goes like this:

Richardson
Ware
Lacey
LSUs backups
Bama's backups

I also think that Bama has a better run blocking OL.

I like Ware, but I don't think he has the explosivness that Lacey has.

ETA: Of course my opinion is biased, but I could say the same thing about you. I am not knocking Ware. I am just giving my opinion.

I don't think Ware has the knack for the big play that TR and EL have. But, neither of them run as punishing as Ware does either. That's his strength, tbh.

Ware and Ford are a legitimate 1a/1b though. Hard to say one is the starter over the other.

I'll easily take Lacy over Ware, have yet to be impressed with Ware. Lacy averages twice the amount of ypc over Ware.

Lacy has never had to carry his team. He's got less attempts in two seasons than Ware has. It would be interesting to see what Lacy could do if he was the primary back.

Richardson is the real deal. Richardson is the entire game for Bama.

If Bama had 3 Lacy's and no Richardson, LSU would win by 20.

I would rather have Ford than Lacy.

Lacy has limited mobility. he is a fullback. Lacy needs the Bama line to be premier.

Lacy is a Hilliard, but in better shape. I hope Hilliard gets friendly with the trainer in the off season.

Exact quote of many, many opposing fans before the season started. Except the player was TR not Lacy.

Lsu has also played a lot tougher teams. Plus ware is only a sophomore.

meh. Most of us were saying that TR was better than Ingram and the Bama fans were bashing us.
