Who doesn't think Frazier will be a good QB and what have you seen to back up your statement?

I have seen quite a few people say "Frazier isn't any good" on here the last few days and I'm just curious which out of his 10-12 plays this year did you make that determination off of?

he hasn't looked good throwing the ball. That'll come. I'm not worried about him...nor am i worried about the "expert" opinions of most of the posters here.

Jury is still out.
Give him 2 more seasons and then re-evaluate.

If Trotter was starting, then Moseley, how bad must Frazier be?

In his career so far at Auburn, he is 5 of 10 for 34 yards and 2 crucial interceptions. Passer rating of 38.56.

What have you seen to think that he will be? Don't say, "He's just a freshman." That's not seeing something. That's postulating.

There's something to be said for this.

Do I really have to explain this? Trotter had experience, Moseley didn't. Moseley has more athleticism and a stronger arm. Keihl has more athleticism and a stronger arm than BOTH and the reason he isn't playing is because he's fresh out of high school in a complicated system of reads and check downs (seemingly) and hasn't had enough time to develop.

We really need to see him in whatever offense his new OC decides to run. Is Chizik planning on going after the Clemson OC after Gus leaves?

He needs reps. Interceptions come with the territory until they get reps. I remember watching Matthew Stafford having 7 touchdowns and 13 interceptions his first season.

There will be a lot of haters eating their words on this kid.

I tend to agree with this.

I just take exception to the line of thinking that in any way involves a true freshman as a starting quarterback.

He hasn't had a legit chance to come in and throw on a drive. There was a reason he was the National Offensive POT in high school and it wasn't because he threw interceptions. He hasn't gotten a chance to show his skills and our anemic O-Line vs. LSU didn't help at all. His 2 interceptions were actually pretty good passes but he lead the DB's right to the ball with his eyes which is an EASY fix.

Who wants an oc that runs a highschool gimmick offense.

Probably or something similar, we have a shite ton of spread players and recruits. I can't see AU going back to anything else.

Its one of the simplest offenses in CF.

Not hating on the kid, hell probably be good just thats not where you wantto hang your hat on

Wow.

I know you are probably a good LSU fan but you should probably stick to analyzing LSU football. Our team is incredibly young an inexperienced. Our whole team is full of sophs and freshman.

All conjecture.

I have high hopes for the kid, but it's silly to attempt to refute the naysayers based on his performance.

He's a decent runner, but he doesn't offer anything to the passing game.

I disagree. He needs some experience under his belt next year.
