About SEC officiating. Not trying to flame here, just trying to get honest opinions (i realize easier said than done). It seems with the Wing "taunting" penalty that the "State of Alabama" favoritism in officiating is beginning to surface again. Alot of people are bringing up past calls that have gone against us that were obvious, I.E. "The Play" 2007 and Peterson's INT 2009.
In your opinion are we just looking at this with purple and gold glasses or do you folks sometimes think..."we got away with one there". There are many other plays that are evidence that the SEC offices can only be located in one state but I'm not going through all of them...like I said don't take it the wrong way just throwing it out there...The bias calls are definitely a trend that's for sure.

Should've known...Yall are terrible. I guess it's my fault for expecting just a little normal friendly banter...frick it!

There are certainly times we have benefitted from bad calls, but I certainly don't see a trend. Every team gets them once in a while.

Drop it, brah. Even if it was dirty, nothing could be done now about those past calls.
Our team is No. 1 in the country, enjoy it

The officiating sucks.. I don't believe anyone disagrees with that.. The thing is, you'll always look through rose colored glasses for whatever team you pull for.. Brains have a funny way of believing what it wants to believe.
ETA: But the officiating has improved this year.

When I find a fan that actually thinks the refs do a good job, I'll let you know.

There must be something in the water thats affecting you people.
I can assure you that there will be a major call in the Nov 5 game that LSU fans will talk about for years. You will cry foul and it will change the game.

I for one think it's original and thought-provoking that an LSU fan started a thread about officiating
