Who could possibly afford to rent a car twice in 2 years? I can because I'm a fricking baller, but there's very few ppl that can ball out like me.

Back when my dad was traveling a lot and living in Tampa, he didn't own a car, but rented one. It was actually cheaper for him to rent than own. Rare exception I'm sure, but there are people that do it.
