ITAT just posted interviews with Trotter and Moseley after today's scrimmage and between the slips of tongue, body language, and demeanor, it looks like it's 14. In fact, it looks like Moseley had shed a tear or two. I would expect the announcement in the next couple of days.

I'll just wait until the coaches tell us.

do auburn fans have a vested interest in either, or when the announcement comes will it be treated with indifference? (Insofar as they simply want the best guy for the job)

I'd say the second option.

Is that a play call, or the # of the guy you expect to win the job?

with the extreme limitation of information coming out of practices, no one really has a clue as to who they "think" should get the job... therefore indifference will be the reaction.

So, no matter wo is announced, it will probably be a meh decision?

I think most people expect it to be Trotter, but in the end, we haven't seen enough of any of them to pretend we have a better opinion than Gus. Frazier would bring excited because he is seen as the future and has the highest ceiling by far.

Wouldn't say meh, but I would definitely be saying QB picked now let's get on with it.
However, should Frazier be chosen (doubtful) there would be an air of excitdement.

Not for me. It seems pretty clear that it should be Trotter. This is based on years of research, obviously.

You forgot to include one little tidbit....it was an all-underclassman scrimmage. And quite short.

It was a half-practice with some scrimmage in the end mainly looking at young guys. 30-something play scrimmage, all live.
