What's the NCAA rule on the cheerleaders appearing in that? Also did he have to pay licensing fees and stuff for using video clips, AU logo and apparel?

Didn't suck as bad as I thought it would.

He used Darvin Adams name in his song "Tigerwalk", which was played throughout Darvin's senior year and available for sale on iTunes.
So a graduate assistant was making money off of a song that used the name of a current player and the school was playing it at various functions.
The Championship should be stripped for playing an ineligible player.
