It was taking a while for you Auburn fellows to start your thread, after permission was given, and so in the spirit of the SECrant, here it is.
We have news of Scarbinsky, the Washington Post, USA Today, and other people all saying that Alabama sent a letter. As new claims are set forth, I will update the progress.
UPDATED: Fitzsimmons was interviewing Saban who said that if there was a problem, he would have pull them, but he didn't think it would be an issue.
Mike Ward has released the a statement regarding the situation. If you would like for me to include it here, I will be happy to.
Cecil Hurt Will be forthcoming with information, but says that the University is disassociated with Albetar in March, and that he was never deemed a booster.

I thought we couldn't talk about this becuase it was unsubstantiated and moving the goal post for what is an allowable post is a tigerdroppings pastime.

Yes.
I never denied there was anything to discuss. The AU trolling (Fair Fairley, et al.) resulted in it being shut down temporarily.
