An Arkansas fan giving a UGA fan shite about not winning? I mean I'm not a genius but...

Except he was giving you shite about UGA underacheiving. I don't think many would argue it either.

If winning 12 bowls games, 2 BCS Games, 2 SEC Championships and being in the year end Top 10 5 times since 1992 means UGA is "underachieving"...then what do you call what Arknasas has done on that same timeframe... NOT ACHIEVING?

You're the biggest flamming douche on here. I'm going to answer only because, well...you're a douche and unfortunetely you were most likely dropped on your head many times as a child and I have a soft heart for those that were abused.

Stay with me here, Arkansas doesn't have the talent in state that Georgia has, you still with me? Ok, they have a top 10 recruiting class almost every year, you still with me? Doubt it but I'll carry on. Georgia's own fan base is disappointed in the return that they've got considering their talent, you following or do you need a pie chart? I'll provide one if you aren't able to comprehend.
