Probably homework then number 2 and shite. What's happening down in Fort Town/The Fort/ Fizzle Smizzle? Need to go out to the cowboy and mingle with the best trailer park queens the river valley has to offer.

i went by rpcc today to take care of some registration stuff. I felt like i was at some 1800s plantation and my major was going to be accounting slaves

Not a damn thing going on in the Fort. Trailer park queens are about all you'll find at the Cowboy, but since you're in search for them you'll be a happy camper.

that sucks man, sometimes my shoulder and wrist will hurt during workouts but nothing to bad.
they started hurting yesterday so i shut it down since i needed a break. so i just did cardio and abs but then ended up doing some pull ups just to see if i get some without assistants and i banged out 4

yea i decided to go with rpcc because it seemed like less of a hassle than going to slu and having to explain the brcc stuff. figure this will be easier to finish some work up there for a year or so then move to either slu,nsu or LSU

I get a lot of pain when I stretch it out. I dont seem to have any issues with it if I work chest. Shoulders or tris are impossible.
Looks like a few months of cardio for me. There is a possibility it is a bone spur but no word yet. I have to do 4 weeks of therapy then a MRI if its not better. I fell like its torn
