Making a bowl game, with 33(?) bowls, isn't that hard. How many baseball teams get in the tourny? I don't keep up a lot with baseball.

55% of the teams in D1 football make a bowl game. By far the easiest postseason to make.

Making a bowl game. A lot of teams make bowl games with a 6-6 record and percentage wise and over 50% of all Division 1-A CFB teams are bowl eligible every year. Also, it's extremely rare to see eight, nine, ten teams from the same conference making the basketball or baseball NCAA tournaments but it's become increasingly commonplace for that many teams from the same conference to make bowl games.

In that case:
Easiest: Baseball
Easy: Basketball
Hardest, yet still not hard: Football
I would think there's more basketball teams than baseball, and more of both those than football. So, taking those teams and the available bowls/tourney spots available is how I came up with my answer. It's poor math at best.

I was told by a friend that Making the NCAA tournament in basketball is equivalent to going to a bowl game.

Probably. I don't know which would be harder, it seems like none of them would be difficult given how many bowl games there are, or tourny spots, etc.
