Arkansas is going to be good…really good
When Knile Davis took over as the No. 1 running back last season, the Arkansas offense became a machine. Even if new quarterback Tyler Wilson has some growing pains, Davis’ presence coupled with one of the best receiving corps in the country should give him a nice cushion to learn on the job. The Razorback defense is a question mark, but linebacker Jerry Franklin and defense end Jake Bequette lead a veteran group that’s been through the SEC wars. Veteran defenses typically are opportunistic, and that might be all that the Hogs need to become SEC West champions.

If I had to pick the SEC West now: 1) Arkansas 2) LSU 3) Bama 4) Auburn 5) Mississippi State 6) Ole Miss

If I had to pick the SEC East now: 1) UGA 2) USC 3) Florida 4) Tennessee 5) Kentucky 6) Vandy

Hey don't shoot the messenger. The flagship is spreading.

All this, based off of how a QB did against the worst secondary in the SEC

How did the flagships receivers do against your vaunted secondary, right before taking a knee at the 1?

I've read that if LSU gets at least a good passing game that they'll be in the running for the NC.

You do know who their QB is don't you? Mallett ran for as many TD's during the regular season last year as Jefferson threw for.

LSU's wasn't much better judging by the results of the game.

In 2.5 quarters verse Auburn, Tyler Wilson threw for the same amount of TD's that Jefferson threw over the 12 game season.

Arkansas isn't ready for the big time yet. The way they imploded against Ohio St proved that to me. So many chances to win and they still came up empty.

Cool. I like how you pick one game and define a team's chances for the upcoming season based off that one game. Let me try, this will be fun!
