IDK Rummy, we could kick them out and have one less crappy orange team in the conference.
I agree though, DP is unwanted because AU does bring in some good revenue to the SEC. Plus their cheerleaders are less gay than A&M.

The one and only difference is in Cam's situation, his dad was the one asking for money on Cam's behalf
In PP7's case, it's a notorious street agent asking for money on PP7's behalf
and dont think PP7 dad cant be involved since PP7 said himself they visited his DAD'S FRIEND in Houston that suggested he visit TAMU.

Wrong, again.
Cam has a history of character issues and dad admitted his guilt. Also, multiple people corroborated the allegations.
Lyles has not said anything. The ONLY one claiming this is one assistant coach.

I can honestly say that I don't, not when it comes down to it. Auburn's always been one of my more 'liked' (for lack of a better word) SEC teams outside of LSU. I always, always feel good when a fellow SEC team wins a BCSNCG, because I know it further strengthens the status of the SEC, and it's only because LSU was an SEC team that we made it to the BSCNCG with two f'ing losses. I friggen' hate Bama with the power of a thousand suns, but I didn't get all 'butthurt' and say they were cheating when they won two years ago...I pulled for them (with clenched teeth) and admitted that they were the best team that year. If I can pull for Bama of all fricking teams, I can pull for AU. Hell, I'll freely admit, AU was the best team last year and Cam is one of the best college players I've seen in a long time.
But the bottom line is this:
Auburn winning this year was good for LSU in the long run.
A tainted Auburn championship and the accusations of rampant PFP is not good for LSU.
I might enjoy Barners getting all worked up and defensive, but it doesn't mean I actually want it to be true.

He said "I did nothing wrong" rather than "I never knew what my Dad was doing." PRetty important distinction. Most sports writers wanted a specific denial, and he wouldn't give it.

Of course every fact in the situations of Cam and Peterson is not the same, but the way the two stories began is pretty similar. If it plays out the same way, we will see. For sure, LSU fans' reactions have been pretty similar to that of AU fans at the beginning of the Cam situation.
FWIW, I doubt much happens with the Peterson situation, but who knows for sure?
