You do realize there isn't only 1 number for auburn that goes to Chizik. They called the university. Not him.

Pretty sure Chizik's point was of all the Auburn players contacted, 13 total, they only chose four who were willing to say they rec'd money.

So they read them the allegations? Did they allow them to respond or present players who offered statements to the contrary? Yeah. Thought not. Thanks.

I believe as a media entity you have to go through the sports information department. Protocol and all that. But then again Auburn is all abotu Family so they could see things different than the rest of us

And you REALLY think that a coach would not be made aware that a major network wants a statement because 4 ex players are accusing his team of cheating. REALLY?

Did they ask for an interview with Chiz???? Still the show was one-sided, how does them reading the transcript (then sent it to Sports-by-brooks) change that.. You put together two totally different quotes to make a point that are talking about the same thing...

Would like to know when they told Auburn...

No...they called, said "Hey Gene...listen to this", began talking really fast, hung up and ran. Seriously...are y'all retarded?

You do realize most interview requests for the head coach go through the SID office.

I say most because I'm sure the beat writers and some state writers may have a direct line to contact him.
