SEC commissioner Mike Slive said MSU violated the cowbell compromise last year, when Bulldog fans were allowed to ring their cowbells during stoppages of play. Fines are expected to be levied, though the SEC has yet not decided on an amount.

When were we allowed to ring our cowbells during stoppages of play? Sure in the beginning of the season the rules werent followed 100% but it should have been assumed that there was going to be a learning curve. I think the school followed the rules to the letter. What is Slive talking about? I really hate this man.

I'd just be happy you're allowed to bring them in at all.

Should just ban them all together.

Even if they get banned again, State fans will continue to bring them in and Ring them.

There is no such thing as ringing cowbells responsibly.

But Auburn is fine with the Cam situation.........

State was told before the season started not to ring em during play. Follow directions and don't ring them. No learning curve is needed for that.

Cowbells need to go. No artificial noisemakers should be allowed in college stadiums.
Hell, that is a rule at most venues in the SEC not named Miss State.

Mike Slive needs to focus on more important things than cowbells. Dude is a joke IMO.

I don't have to be at the stadium to hear them shits on my tv during the play.

Sugarcoat much?
Why does state get to follow a different set of rules as everyone else?

Be real man, if yelling hotty teddy was all of a sudden restricted to certain times you are telling me that every tsun fan sitting in that stadium would follow the rules from game one. Get real retard.

They should just forbid fans to bring cow bells to the stadium. Have a security check. That will fix the problem.
