Does anyone know the record?
Doesn't The University of Delaware have the highest score to date when they won?
Alabama held the record with 28. Illinois was second with 24.

quote:Seriously. I suppose it is possible it was an isolated mistake for one or two of these guys, but it is probably rare to go from good guy to "screw it, I'm going to point a gun at a bunch of people in there own home and take their shite" in one act.
I have a hard time seeing people who hold people at gunpoint and rob them as good people.
If they did it, screw them, good riddance, have fun in jail.
I suspect there is usually some progression of other bad, but less criminal behavior before it gets to that point.

Well, you would be wrong. Someone I know said they had just left church and just happened to walk in the wrong house holding a pistol. Not their fault at all.

isolated mistake
In my world, there is no such thing as an "isolated mistake" when a pistol is involved while entering a stranger's home in the middle of the night.

you still haven't copped to the fact that this is simply Mosely taking the fall for Dyer, a devil worshipping vampire. Nothing you say can be taken seriously.

I never would have thought I would see a link to that site on TD.
I prayed it would never get linked. Damn thing always looks like it was written by a drunken monkey.

Negligent armed robbery. Lesser level of intent. Much shorter sentence.

Youthful offender status is to the judges discretion, and the fact that these are violent felonies, they could be fricked.

I think the gentleman on Finebaum hit the nail on the head. The ones that are YO eligible are probably not going to get it based on the nature of the alleged crime. Will they get popped for 20? Probably not. One will flip. The rest will plead to lesser includedes...
Best guess would be some serious time on paper, prolonged probatation after shortened sentence, and a frick-ton of restitution.
Hell, in Bama, there is no "truth in sentencing". Most folks serve about a 1/4 of their time..overcrowding and other stuff really affects things.
THE ABOVE IS NOT INTENDED TO BE CONSIDERED LEGAL ADVICE. IT IS SIMPLY ONE ASSHOLES TAKE ON THE DEAL. TIA/GFY/PIIHB

Wonder what drug habit they were trying to pacify by stealing this stuff?

I know I was kidding when I said rape earlier, but I think they would've gotten off easier if it had been rape.
