Sorry. I do love basketball, but I am having to recover from a decade's worth of Gottfried Garbage.
I am from "ACC" country, so I do have some b-ball in my blood, and I can recognize the great things about basketball.

From Virginia. I just was able to appreciate the love of the game the folks around there had.
Hell, when the ACC tournament was playing their first round games on Fridays, our high school would have TVs rolled in to watch the games during school hours.
In Tuscaloosa now, we have too many retahrds that take "pride" in not caring about basketball. And I hate them for it.

when uga made the tourney off that awesome sec tournament they wheeled in tvs for us to watch them play xavier... except i had a damn exam

I never saw anything impressive about him to start with, including his record at WKU. If not for the run to the sweet sixteen as a 12 seed (a 2-point win over 5th-seeded Drake and then getting a good break by drawing 13th-seeded San Diego in the second round) he would've never been considered.
And I know it's easy to just pile on when a team is doing badly but I can only recall a couple instances of USC playing decent defense under him.
