If Ealy is not kicked off teh team, then this is just more coach speak he learned from Bobby Bowden.

I like Richt, but how does he say that with a straight face. He's had more arrests than anyone else in the SEC, save for maybe Florida. Kinda of murky as to what the "Georgia way" actually is.

The Georgia Way is apparently to kick your best players off the team for minor behavioral infractions and let the competition scoop them up.
