How would you grade Dan Mullen after two years at Mississippi State

Mullen has improved Mississippi State in every aspect possible, and all I have read on here lately is how is a horrible recruiter. I think he has done a pretty good job in the past two years.
2009 5-7 (3-5)
2010 9-4 (4-4) Won the Gator Bowl
What are you guy's expectations for Mullen at Mississippi State? I think he has has earned the grade Im giving him.

I'd say a B+. Not really his fault in the recruiting IMO. Hudspeth left for a HC gig and was pretty much the best recruiter on staff. Noticed several of the guys MSU was recruiting, 3* variety, wound up at ULL with Hud.

Solid "B". His recruiting class this year was weak. He has definitely polished a turd the last two years.
I'm probably being biased. I inflate his grade because he pisses off Ole Miss fans to no end. Living in Mississippi and being a Tiger fan, that makes me smile.
