He can't. I had this same argument with the goober Hog fans who claim Petrino doesn't need 4 and 5 star players to win in the SEC.
Fact, last year's Arkansas team is the first our of 18 SEC teams to get into a BCS bowl game without benefit of a top10 Rivals rated recruiting class in one of the previous three years.
Any team that wants to sustain winning in the SEC will have to recruit at the top.
