There is a few blocks in Decatur where you are likely to get shot at or carjacked if you are in a nice car.

I live in Decatur and next door to one of his best friend's parents.
I knew about the motorcycle wreck the minute it happened - it was behind our houses.
I'll get the real story behind this sometime next week when they get back from their baseball thing.
But, Ro needs to stay out of the hood. Whether he likes it or not, he's a target now.
I heard he was taking some classes for his degree in the offseason.

Then he doesn't need to be riding around in those areas...I'm sure there are other areas in Decatur where he can ride around without worrying about getting shot at...
