as a true freshman? I would expect 6 or 7 (not including the kicker) would play for LSU next year.

For the first time in a while, I don't think we'll have any out there. Clowney could step right in, but that'd be it.

CJ Johnson, some of the defensive backs I guess, maybe a WR or two (Moncrief, Singleton, etc.)

I am going with my heart on this one even though my mind knows there isn't a chance.

I'd expect a good bit of ours to, since we're losing all but like 6? starters. The OLine recruits and the linebackers will probably all see a good bit of playing time

Miles has picked up the number of true freshmen he plays, in recent years---especially defensive backs.
Also, some will play on special teams.

Usually does when the two aren't in sync.

significant time? I would say more than that for Auburn. off the top of my head:
1. Westerman will play on the line at either backup tackle or starting guard.
2. Dismukes will be either starting center or backup.
3. O'Reilly has a chance at 2 deep on the line.
4. If Cyrus happens to end up at Auburn he could start or backup at tackle.
5. Jonathon Rose will be two deep at corner.
6. Therezie, I like him at two deep safety but for some reason they keep listing him at corner.
7. If Roberson goes with Auburn he will be two deep at corner.
8. If Gabe Wright signs with Auburn, two deep at defensive tackle.
9.Calloway will find a home playing this year whether it be at running back or linebacker.
10. I think Kris Frost will be two deep at linebacker by the start of the season.
11. If Tre Mason makes it in, he will be rotating at running back.
12. Robinson will play as a backup or starting guard this year.
13. Denson has a very good chance if he comes in ready to take two deep at receiver. this year is a good time for him to jump in and earn a spot with our two starters gone.
14. Angelo Blackson is a very athletic guy who is really quick, he could be in the rotation at defensive tackle too. If you haven't heard of him, watch for him in the next year or two, could be one of the best sleepers in the SEC.

i personally think that Fulse, Quan Bray and Frazier all redshirt.

Are we including on special teams? We'll probably have some freshmen out there on ST, but I don't know if we'll have even one anywhere else. Maybe some of the 3-year type guys will get out there in mop up duty.

It's a waste not to play recruits that will probably enter the draft after 3 years.

Both of our JUCO defensive guys should Start. I expect 3 or 4 true freshmen to play. WR Joe Morrow, DB Dee Arrington and 2 others

That's why I said they might play some mop up duty. Just because they may be gone in three years doesn't mean they're going to play ahead of guys that are better than they are.

Somewhere in the 7-9 range I would guess.
