As far as Mallett goes, he needs to go to a place that has an OL. He's phenomenal at making reads and going through his progressions and making some phenomenal throws, but the problem is he needs time to do that. If he goes to a team with a good OL, he'll pick teams apart. However, I see his career following a Kerry Collins type progression in the NFL.

tell that too LSU and Bama.
I think he is a worse version of Jay Cutler. Some days he is hot and other days he will throw a couple of picks and not play well.

He's going to make a nice replacement for Favre.
He'll be the blackest man in Minnesota.

depends if a team gives him time to develop. He is pretty raw as a passer. However, he made tremendous stride in season with throwing the ball.

I believe the LEGEND will be a Cowboy or Cardinal.
No way he goes up north.

He threw one INT in the end zone of both the Bama and LSU games. It's always tougher to throw in the red zone. Those were the two passes in which he tried to force it in there. The last interception against Alabama was him making the right decision to throw it away but not getting it far enough out of bounds. Considering that Mallett has had five separate receivers go for more than a hundred yards in a game this season, I don't think Mallett is one to lock onto receivers.

agreed he does a nice job of spreading it around.

Mallett played like he had to score on every stinkin possession last year. At times, you saw it this season as well.
Our defense was better, but unreliable at times. I think he is actually fine in the NFL where he won't feel like he has to make game changing plays every time he sniffs the endzone.

No hate here but I do not think he will make it in the pros. I think Arkansas deserves to beat LSU but I don't think Mallett played well. His receivers did as did Davis but he threw two picks and should have thrown more. He also fumbled. Thoughts?
