I got this from Tidesports and this is about as bad as anything I have ever seen. I think I would stop being a BAMa fan if this happened.

I agree. I would never want a coach from Auburn to serve in a major coaching role. Having James Willis was nice and he was a class act and a great guy but hiring an OC from the Barn...give me a break. No thanks.

Look, I'm the first to point out the delusional "13 NC" claim, but the fact remains Bama has 7/8 legit NCs, which are a darn site more than Auburn, huh? (BTW, LSU can actually claim 6 NC's ... look it up.) However, much as it pains me to admit it, Bama's 20+ SEC CHAMPIONSHIPS actually IS a legit claim and IS damn impressive ... I'm wondering, given the fact both programs have been put on probation numerous times, at least Bama got its money's worth, and Auburn overspent, huh? (until this yr.)

Why the hell would Gus leave Auburn to take the same position at Alabama. I bet Chizik is a lot easier to work for than Saban is. Lateral move, at best.
