My costs so far for me and the wifey:

Plane tickets: $1100
Condo: $300
MNC Tix: Either $800 or $1800 depending on if my hookup comes through.

$2200 or $3200

Still gotta get a rental car and spending money. Figure I'm anywhere between 3 and 4. Gonna be worth every penny.

I'll be in San Diego for 10 days at that time. Going to drive over and view, from what I hear, one of the most beautiful parts of the country along the way.

As of yet I am purposefully not adding up the cost of the trip.

I'll wait for the credit card bill to arrive.

Yep, if you have to, just make it your only vacation of the year. Wouldn't be worth not going IMHO...

Will it be worth every penny if they lose?

3-4K, eh?

I just spoke with the wife about it. She just told me that I am getting tickets for Christmas. Not to the BCSCG, but to the Foo Fighters at Milton Keynes...

That would be two trips costing about the same within six months. Much more difficult decision now. Good grief.
