He hasn't used one all year. This is a penalty in college. Why hasn't he been penalized?

They never enforce that rule past 8th grade and that's really strech when a ton of other QB's in D-1 don't use them.

Last week I noticed Tyler Bray doesn't wear one, either. It's not a clear one, because his orange one never leaves the side of his helmet.
