Why does 2008 UF get three games in the first round?

They were definitely unbeatable. Except for the fact that they lost 2 games. Otherwise, yeah.

And they really shouldn't have lost those two games but they somehow managed it.

1998 UT team wins every game. Not being bias but that team was loaded.

They lost 2 games, one by 13 points.

They also won at Tennessee with 9 seconds left - beating a backup QB in the process.

They also won by 5 points over a good Arkansas team.

What impressive wins did they have? Over Notre Dame in a BCS bowl? That's not exactly something to write home about.

2006 LSU made a living blowing out bad teams. They were a good team, but they're vastly overrated by people on here who seem to remember only the Sugar Bowl.

3-2 against ranked teams isn't exactly "best team of the last 20 years" material.

This. Jay Barker goes 88-1 as a starter.

1993 Auburn doesn't count.

They were on probation.

There were several ways to look at that team. When they got it rolling, they were unbeatable. But, they often did not get going like they should have. Still, they finished 11-2 and #3 in the country.
