Saban is too smart of a coach to let a one dimensional offense beat him.

Auburn is going down. I'm afraid you guys are going to have to watch an Oregon/TCU matchup this year.

i thought with 2 weeks to prepare saban wouldve been ready for lsu's vaunted attack as well, but we see how that turned out for him...

correct. HOWEVER, if AU was a multi-dimensional offensive Juggernaut like LSU then they'd have a chance....

LSU got a lot of those yards because Saban didn't think you had it in you.

Earlier this season, some posters were questioning if Bama could beat a pro team. The Iron Bowl will answer that question.

I don't exactly know where people get the thought that this is a one dimensional offense. If the ground game isn't working (which it has all year, to an incredible degree), we light people up through the air. And Alabama's secondary isn't exactly scary.

Doesn't matter how smart saban is or what kind of scheme he comes up with. Bama's defense doesn't play smart and blows too many coverages. Mark it down. AU will come out throwing and build a lead. Bama doesn't have enough offense to come back from a big deficit. AU 37 bama 21.

By the way I'm a bama fan.

If you're counting the game against Ole Miss, who has the worst pass defense in the league as the time you "lit people up through the air", you might want to rethink that. I don't think Auburn can throw the ball consistently against a good defense that forces them to throw the ball.

Alabama's secondary might not be scary, but they're ranked 1st in the SEC in opponent's passer rating (100.36). They've given up 8 TD's and have 17 INT's.

....and got roasted by Jordan fricking Jefferson.

Cam will tear guys like Milliner up if Bama has to bring down the safeties in run support

While I do agree that Alabama will defeat Auburn regardless of whether or not Cam plays, it won't be because Auburn is one-dimensional on offense. Because they aren't. I do think that Auburn is starting to crack from all this investigation stuff. And I point to their lack of maturity in the Georgia game. I think Saban grinds them down. My hope is that they will be emotionally and physically drained for the SECCG.

He is my only worry in the DBs. People have stopped throwing towards Dre. Must be that swagga.

If 141 yards is "roasted" then, yeah, Cam might roast us.

Milliner is actually doing a very good job WHEN he runs the right play. The issues he has had have been him blowing the coverage. He's a true freshman. It's going to happen. But, he's done a solid job.
