Heading to Gainesville tomorrow...

with UpstateCock and 6 others and we're looking for some good times. This is the 6th time I've been to Gainesville but a little advice about what's new/good would help. Best places to eat? Drink? Throw down like a college kid? Drunk late-night food? I like The Swamp and Copper Monkey, but are there other places to go? We usually hang out in Midtown but we're open to anything.

Always had a decent time down there. The 2006 weekend and game were epic, even though we lost on the "Cock Block."
The Gator fans were surprisingly nice afterwards and we met some absolute bombshells.

I didn't have a good time. Granted the only time I've been was in 2008. The game didn't bother me much. After we went down 21-0 in the first quarter I sort of just got numb towards the actual game. The fans were dicks. I got stuck in the sand where we parked. Traffic was terrible. Just not a fun trip at all. I probably will go back but not this year. If I'm going to have a heart attack I'd rather do it a home

I can understand that. Gainesville is a weird place, but if you find the right spots, it can be a lot of fun.
