I'm going to the game with two other buddies from Baton Rouge. Will it be easy to find tickets outside the stadium?

Yeah, scalped tickets have never been an issue on finding.

since LSU returned a lot of tickets, you could probably call the ticket office and get some.

Yeah, I'll do that. I've been looking on the ticket exchange and craiglist but no luck so far.

Just make sure you wear something other than an LSU shirt or cap or at least have your LSU gear under a shirt that way it will be easier to buy tickets I would think.

I've heard there has been problems with counterfeit tickets this year so be wary of that.

Cheers to a good trip other than the game

Yep, there are always people selling tickets. I've had friends get tickets from the people outside of the Papa John's on South College. So if you want tickets you can trust for a good price, I would go there first. They usually have a tent set up.

Wear a referee jersey. You'll have all the money, booze and Lee County hookers you could want. I'd pass on the hookers, though, unless you're partial to hoof and mouth disease.

Yeah, I"ve been debating to wear any LSU gear at all. I hear horror stories about Auburn. I know some drunk frat boy will yell cordog in my face. It was bad at Alabama in 07.

Sold out...I tried to log on and get a couple and they are already gone...

(I am not arguing the point of whether LSU sold tickets or not...just stating that of the 600 that were there none are available now)

You will be able to find them, just be prepared to pay a month's salary.

Go into downtown Auburn - there are typically a couple of crews buyng/selling along Magnolia. They are usually at the northwest corner of the Magnolia/Gay Street intersection and the nw corner of the Magnolia/College Street intersection. Usually each crew is 2-4 black guys with a handful of tickets, they sell to anyone Auburn fan or not. I would not be surprised to see them asking for $200+ per ticket considering both teams come in unbeaten.

It wasn't even a sellout as of last week.

yeah, nobody will be there...don't worry about it, just show up and wait until around kickoff expecting to buy tickets. You'll be fine.

Because LSU fans bought them through your ticket office last week.
