There was a school in West Tennessee that used the Colonel Reb logo. The Ole Miss legal department sent the school a cease and desist letter a couple years back telling them to quit using the logo.

Well if we aren't going to use our own logo we need to give it up. It's like a 5 year old who want let his younger brother play with a Tonka truck...even though he wants nothing to do with it.

They must have over-looked Christian County High School in Hopkinsville, KY. They use Col Reb and the very same colors.
