When you leave out the line immediately following that sentence, it loses some of it's humor...but still. Dude was set to make millions and then walks. You telling me there's no chance that someone in his inner circle didn't flip switches when that happened? Maybe someone counting on a loan to help them with some debt. Bitches be crazy.
