End of the season I believe. SEC tallies up the number of games they didn't follow the rules and issue the fine.

As I said in another post down the board if last night was an indicator of the season they better be prepared to write a large check.

They should throw flags for that and I bet it would stop.

I agree. 15 yard penalty will do the trick everytime.

Can all schools bring cowbells in? Give them a taste of their own medicine until the SEC does something.

No. SEC amended the no artificial noise maker rule specifically for MSU's stadium. I know they are trying to allow "tradition" but why allow artificial noise makers in one venue and not all. Seems a little unfair to me.

Airhorns should be allowed for every team that hosts M State

Agreed. Allow everyone to bring them in (and we can ring them when MSU is on offense) or don't allow any school to do it.

And very annoying.

On a side note, there should be a weight limit for people who choose to take their shirts off and paint themselves for games. But I digress.

If it's loud with 54k people, imagine cowbells with the large, 100k+ stadiums.

Can you say "Scanners?"

Agreed. Last year I believe it was, Alabama got into some trouble for playing some bell or some shite over the loudspeaker on 3rd downs, but yet Mississhitty State can keep clanging those bells?

With the size of their stadium and the fact that it is not enclosed...all the cowbells do is equalize their stadium noise level to most other stadiums in the SEC without the artificial noise...

Under that rationale, Vanderbilt fans should be able to bring in airhorns.

WAAHHHH!!! Quit crying about the dang Cowbells. You dont hear the Yankees or Red Sox bitching when the Rays ring them in MLB do you?

If you are good enough (which most have been lately) then the cowbells shouldnt bother you. Our 55,000 with cowbells is equal to the Swamp or LSU or Tennessee with all of you 90,000. Are you guys supposed to only yell before game and during timeouts??
