Tough one. Huge fan of the 80's 90's country here.

Do you and your buddies not have a couple songs yall all liked growing up?

In my case, I'm the breadwinner. We are newly weds and are trying to figure this out. Is there a rhyme or reason to it? or just personal preference?

Yep, this damage was in a corner.

It's a HUD forclosed home, so I will have to make an offer and get it accepted before I can have an inspection. I like the house. If the damage is too much, or too wide spread, I can cancel the deal. I think its worth a shot.

Saw evidence of termite damage in the corner of the bedroom on the base board. Should I run and not look back? Or wait til the pest control specialist takes a look and tells me the extent of the damage?

Bathrooms need updating, but they also need repairs. So I'm going to compensate for all of that. Kitchen needs new cabinets (cabinets don't fit/won't shut correctly right now).
