Yes, I watched the frickin game as you say. If you read my post you will see I think Brantley will be good. I have always said as much since last year. Pouncey was bad, but saying Brantley struggled doesnt make me off base either. He mishandled some of those snaps as well.

saw a d-line that struggled to get pressure consistently on the Qb, some open seams in the secondary, and an ok maybe good run defense.

You could have two Tim Tebows out and you shouldn't suck as bad as Florida did today. What was with Meyer going on every 4th down?

* I agree we sucked. Meyer went for it on fourth down because Sturgis missed an extra point and a 40 yd field goal. Plus, we were in between the 35 and 45 on a few of them.

Florida was fortunate with that safety (non) call, but more so for the 15-yard penalty on the 1 against Miami of Ohio. Because they either get the TD there to make it 5-point game or whatever or Florida gets the ball on their 1. I don't know which would have been worse.

* The ball was caught between the goal line and 1 yd line, therefore it wasn't a safety. The ball was out of the endzone, the body didn't matter there. I didn't get a clear look at the 15 yd penalty. The announcers said the guy was kicking people trying to get up?

But you can't beat the speed of the Florida running back. Sooner or later, it's gonna get you and it got Miami of Ohio.

* We have A LONG WAYS to go, but yes we have talent, but we need a lot to go right for us after watching that game.

In 2008 UGA started #1 & dropped in the polls 2 straight weeks for winning games like this. Let's see what happens to Florida.

A good offense would have put up 600 yards on this D today.

Agreed. They had alot of picks, but the Miami QB was going full Jarrett Lee all day. SOmebody should tell him to throw it away sometimes.

Defense wasn't the problem. We had plenty of sacks, plenty of TFL, and 4 Int's. Our D looked solid, given where Miami (OH) started on a few of their possessions. We got a little conservative defensively in the 3rd qtr, but for the most part, I liked what I saw from the defense.

I agree considering they stayed on the field all day long. If it were not for y'alls defense and the officials florida may have lost this game.

What calls did the officials exactly miss?

I respect your opinion, but I disagree.

What are you thinking, maybe 500?

Its ok, I'd be pissed too if Florida was my team and I just watched that cluster-frick. Id be pissed if the worst team in the MAC just physically kicked the shite out of my team. Therefore I forgive you.

I'm pissed, but the defense really isn't as bad as you say it was. Our OLine got whipped physically, but our D looked solid against them considering the field position they had on a few drives.

Johnson, Nixon, Patchen were all missing from the OL today. Hope Wilson will be OK. Pouncey needs to snap the ball before he starts moving. I think Robey at center and Pouncey at guard will be given some serious thought. I bet USF is licking their chops.

They fricked them out of a safety and they penalized them on the 6 inch line for something they would have never penalized Florida for.

The ball was outside the endzone when he caught it, that's not a safety. I know his body was in the endzone but his hands were in possession of the ball about the 6 inch yd line. I didn't see the personal foul, they came off of it and were showing the commentator crew.

Honestly, take out the 12 bad snaps and replace them with 12 good snaps, and the game is totally different.

Florida literally had 5 drives killed by bad snaps.

Of course, you don't solve that problem, then Florida struggles to go bowling.

We'll see if UF can iron out those things out before USF comes into town next week.

Best solution..

Nixon to LT
CJ to LG
Robey to C
Pouncey to RG
Gilbert to RT
